The Client retains ultimate legal, fiscal, and operational responsibility for all property management decisions, tax credit deliveries, financial applications, and corporate actions. Housing Compliance & Asset Strategy, its Principal, and its entities shall be held entirely harmless and bear no liability for any fiscal penalties, tax credit disruptions, legal disputes, habitability claims, or budgetary constraints incurred by the Client during or after the consulting term.
